Needle SAN10 is developed for sewing application in the procesing of fine gauge knitwear and microfibre fabrics. Advanteges: Less material damages. Less needle deflection (skip stitches, needle breakage, thread breakage). High proces security and pruductivity. The GEBEDUR ( Titanium nitrid coating on the surface) is extremely hard so the needle is protected against damage and wear. Titanium-nitrid is twice as hard as chrom.
